As a director of Gabriel Investment Syndicate, a Glasgow-based angel syndicate, Les has personally invested in over 20 early-stage Scottish companies, leveraging his expertise and network to strengthen the evolving Scottish tech ecosystem.

John Leach

John Leach

John has over 25 years’ experience in business development and selling. He is an experienced entrepreneur having been involved in setting up and selling a number of businesses in creative, professional services and property development areas. He has worked as both an adviser and NED.

John was Founder of one of the UK's most successful entrepreneurial coaching businesses - Winning Pitch. He sold this to a national consulting company in 2021. John is the author of 2 highly respected business books 'Pitch Perfect – Feel the Impact of a Winning Sales Approach' (John Wiley & Sons) and 'The Success Factor' (Crimson Publishing).

John has helped numerous SMEs to profitably grow, raise finance and exit. John now spends most of his time supporting ambitious entrepreneurs to prepare their business for sale or raise money to grow.
